I have worked with Brian on foodservice projects for the University of Wisconsin, Division of Intercollegiate Athletics, the most notable being the renovation of Camp Randall Stadium.
This was a three year process of design and follow through of installation for a venue that had no real foodservice to speak of when it started to a full line foodservice arena. I found Brian through this whole process to be dedicated and reliable and was willing to listen and understand our objectives with every facet of design. He worked well in cooperation with other Food and Beverage staff along with other members of the Athletic Department.
He communicated information to us in a timely manner and followed up on the requests we had. He respected our concern for quality in all areas of foodservice and especially our philosophy for maintaining the highest standard of customer service to our guests.

Brian Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry including 15 years of experience in the foodservice design field with six years as a project coordinator and nine years as a Foodservice and Laundry Design Consultant. During this time Brian has been a Project Coordinator or Project Consultant on over 150 projects. He has experience in many market segments.

Brian has extensive experience with AutoCAD, project specifications, equipment cost estimation and construction administration. Brian's professionalism, personality, customer service skills and attention to detail have resulted in numerous satisfied clients and end users.
In addition to foodservice and laundry design experience, Brian has an additional eight years of experience working in foodservice and beverage operations which allows him to work logically through the facility designs to accomplish optimum functionality.
Brian also attends numerous manufacturer seminars and trade shows every year to further develop his knowledge of equipment and trends in the foodservice industry.
Extra attention has been given to obtaining knowledge regarding sustainable building practices and energy efficient equipment.
